Homebound Ministry/Communion to the Farthest Pew:

Pastors and lay leaders provide ministry and presence to those members in our congregation whom are homebound. Communion to the Farthest Pew provides an extension of PPC to those members who, temporarily or on a more long-term basis, are unable to attend church. After scripture is read and the elements are blessed, pairs of communion servers share bread and juice with homebound members.
