Shirley Norris
Director of Communications
Shirley joined Pinnacle as part-time Director of Communications in 2011 and transitioned to full-time in 2013.
Her heart is in the non-profit sector, where she began her career serving within the media ministry of North Phoenix Baptist Church (NPBC). She also worked for over 20 years as Director of Marketing and Communications for the Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix.
Shirley enjoys baking, reading, and her volunteer work with Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab, Utah.
